• Several years experience in the UK and Ireland working in Human Resource Management for large organisations in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Consulting, Financial Services and not for profit sector.
• Areas of industry experience - employee relations and employment law, recruitment and selection, change management, performance management, policy development.
