The word psychology stems from the Greek roots with “psyche” meaning soul or spirit and 'logia' meaning study of. Psychology is the academic discipline that studies the mind and behaviour.
As a student of psychology you will explore many fascinating concepts such as cognition or thinking, consciousness, behaviour, emotion, intelligence, personality, the biology of the brain and the dynamics of all human relationships.
