Biography

• Pauline Kelly Phelan is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at National College of Ireland. Prior to joining National College of Ireland, Pauline lectured for a number of years in Human Resource Management at University College Dublin and Dublin City University. She has also been a visiting scholar for UCD to Hong Kong and Singapore. Pauline holds an Honors Degree of arts in Marketing and a Research Masters of Commerce Degree in Human Resource Management from UCD. Prior to working in academia, Pauline worked for several years in industry and management consulting, many of which years were in pharmaceutical and high tech multinationals in the US, specialising in HR strategy and organisation development.
