At National College of Ireland, we are thrilled to share the terrific news that Early Learning Initiative (ELI), are going to be part of this year’s Pendulum Summit.

This event brings together expert executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from across the globe. Attendees are given unmatched insights into leadership, peak performance, well-being, and the future of work. This year’s event is going to be held in the Convention Centre in Dublin, which sits right beside NCI in the heart of the IFSC on the 8th & 9th of January 2025.

ELI at the 2025 Pendulum Summit:
Assistant Directors of ELI, Brigina O’Riordan and Catriona Flood, ELI CSP Senior Coordinator, Julie Booth, and ELI Home Visitors, Feng Juan, Maja Krpeta, and Adrianne Anene will be attending this event. Attendees will be able to meet and chat with these members of the ELI team at their stand in the Convention Centre over the course of the two-day event.
When looking forward to, and preparing to be involved in this event, ELI has two main goals:
- To increase visibility and awareness of ELI's Mission, and our Home Visiting Programmes among a high-profile audience at Pendulum Summit 2025.
- To network and establish meaningful connections that can lead to potential collaborations or partnerships.
The Early Learning Initiative team continuously strive and work hard to support parents and education in many ways through many vital programmes. Partnering with the Government and by connecting with local communities, ELI has developed a range of innovative programmes to improve the educational aspirations and outcomes of children and young people. Having grown to over 14,000 yearly participants and moving beyond its original Dublin Docklands catchment area, Early Learning Initiative is now proudly working with and supporting many communities across Ireland. Spreading the word and raising awareness about ELI’s mission, aims, goals, and current support programmes, educates the public about the importance of the work that ELI does. There are many ways that people can Get Involved and show their support so that more and more children, young people, and their families can receive the support they need to thrive, not just in school, but at home too, setting them up to be able to reach their full potential and explore all aspirations when they become adults.
Taking part in globally recognised events such as Pendulum Summit is a fantastic opportunity for the ELI team to meet people on a global scale, interact with key speakers, and utilise this educational networking event to highlight the work of ELI. Visibility and awareness are hugely significant factors as the more people who know about the work of ELI and how they might get involved, the more people connect with us to show their support, and that collaborative relationship with people such as donators or corporate volunteers is essential to the work that ELI does and will continue to do.
Here at National College of Ireland, we would like to wish Brigina, Catriona, Julie, Feng, Maja, and Adrianne the best of luck over the course of what will no doubt be an extremely busy, engaging, and inspiring event. We would also like to congratulate and say well done to the entire ELI team as sending members to such a large-scale event such as this is just another example of the impressive and ever-important work that ELI continues to do.
