There were celebrations all round last week when a team of National College of Ireland students won the regional heat of the EY Head to Head Challenge, competing against ITT Dublin and ITB.
This was the first year that the Head to Head Challenge was open nationwide, to help EY find the best and brightest future talent.
The winning team will compete in the final in DIT tomorrow, Wednesday 11th February where the overall winners will be offered a paid summer internship with EY.
Best of luck to students Sarah Blount, Olivier Gillet and Vera Potoraca, all studying NCI’s BA Honours in Accounting, and Graham Hughes, a student of the BA in Business, who will compete at the final in DIT tomorrow, Wednesday 11th February, where the overall winners will be offered a paid summer internship with EY. NCI students Alexandra Lister and Maria Murphy will also compose part of a wildcard team.
The NCI Careers and Opportunities team were delighted to advise and support the students along with lecturers Fabian Armandez, Philip McGovern, Michael Bane and Ciara Deane.
