Springboard allows unemployed people to access funded places to reskill in certain key areas.

The programmes are free of charge to eligible unemployed people and have been selected in areas of significant job opportunity. The programmes include a Career Bridge module aimed at improving students’ skills in accessing the job market and a work placement which will help students gain valuable experience and enhance their job prospects.

NCI has over 60 years’ experience working with adult learners and has had significant success with previous initiatives for the unemployed.
