Attention All TY Students - Learn, Lead, Level Up!  

Are you a Transition Year student interested in experiencing college-level learning, developing skills for your future career, and connecting with students living across the globe? Then the Young Future Leaders Programme could be for you! 

Hosted by National College of Ireland, this award-winning, 4-week online programme is a unique opportunity for TY students in Ireland to meet like-minded students from around the world, all from the comfort of their classroom.

Designed to inspire the next generation of leaders, this programme is free to attend and students will receive a college certification upon successfully completing the course.

Programme Overview

As well as being free to attend, TY students will receive a certificate of participation from National College of Ireland upon successfully completing the programme quiz. The quiz is a multiple-answer question on the topics covered during the programme. Only participants who successfully score 70%+ will receive a certificate of participation.

Programme Schedule

This is a 4 week programme, conducted entirely online via MS Teams. Each session will focus on a different business topic.

The final session will involve participants being asked to partake in a quiz that covers all topics studied during the duration of the programme.

All events will take place at 10am, except Induction which begins at 11am.

  • 4th November - Induction 
  • 6th November - Marketing & Branding

Week 2

  • 13th November - Project Management

Week 3

  • 20th November - Leadership

Week 4

  • 25th November - Connect Café
  • 27th November - Innovation and Sustainability
  • 28th November - Quiz is issued to all registered participants
